What is your Quality Guarantee?

We pride ourselves in making truly premium business cards and stand by them all the way. Which is why we offer a quality guarantee policy on all business card products. Nothing complicated, just an easy to understand policy:

  • If there is a quality problem on your order, we will refund the order or reprint them at no additional cost.


As with any policy, there are conditions that must be met – but we try to keep it as simple as possible:

  1. A refund or reprint request must be made no later than 2 business days after receiving the order(s).
  2. The original order must be returned back to us (after step 1) before any refunds or reprints can be processed.
  3. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
  4. Submissions of wrong files or errors in text / graphics / numbers in the artwork are not valid. 

Problems and Issues That Are Not Quality Control Related:
  1. Carderizer's printing turnaround times are never guaranteed. Printing times that exceed 25 business days from start of production are valid, however.
  2. Slightly off center or misalignment of design and trimming. This is an unavoidable but rare occurence of printing..
  3. Color differences and variations from proofs. Color differences differ greatly from computer monitors and actual prints. Carderizer uses the CMYK printing method which can also vary in color from print to print even with the same artwork files - this is an industry standard and expected to occur.
  4. Orders treated with Spot UV, Foil Stamping and Embossing may have a slight shift of actual placement of up to 1/8 of an inch in respect to the underlying design. Although rare, this is an unavoidable occurrence.
